To be a Board Member, you must reside in the community, be current in financial obligation and have a strong desire to improve and safeguard your community. Positions require approximately 2-20 hours per quarter advocacy and community participation, and frequent telephone calls and/or meetings with BOD members and property owners, for a term of 2 years.
