WASTE POLICY

All Country Meadows residents are required to store their tan and green waste receptacles, along with any other trash and debris, in their garage, behind privacy/party wall or side-yard fence.  Except on pickup days, all such items must be out of sight from the front exterior of property. 

Waste Service

Tan Can / General Rubbish – Monday pickup.  Tan receptacles may be placed at curbside on Sunday after 7:00 pm, and must be removed no later than Monday at 7:00 p.m.

Blue Can / Recyclables– Monday pickup.  Tan receptacles may be placed at curbside on Sunday after 7:00 pm, and must be removed no later than Monday at 7:00 p.m.

Green Can / Green Waste – Thursday pickup.  Green receptacles may be placed at curbside on Wednesday after 7:00 p.m., and must be removed no later than Thursday at 7:00 p.m.

A fine of twenty-five ($25.00) dollars will be imposed to ledger each time this policy is violated.  Repeat offenses will warrant fine increases in increments of $25.00 ($25.00, $50.00, $75.00, $100.00, etc.).   PLEASE TAKE THIS MATTER SERIOUSLY.

Holiday Scheduling Alterations –  During some holidays, rubbish service may be postponed until the following business day.  CMHOA will allow for this schedule adjustment, offsetting the receptacle placement and removal deadline to the following business day. 

It is the Homeowner’s responsibility to abide by all CC & R’s and Rules & Regulations of CMHOA, and to advise and instruct all TENANTS and Guests thereof, of the same policies and procedures.
